Coding, Robotics and Gamification of Learning

In this session, participants will be walked through a variety of tech activities for those wanting to create a coding and robotics program in their school makerspace, classroom, or other shared space. Ideas will be shared on setup, implementation, cost-saving, and gamification of learning. Connections to how such a space supports BC's revised curriculum will be explored.
@Amber_Hartwell is a library learning commons teacher (teacher-librarian) in School District #23. Her passion is transitioning libraries into 21st century learning spaces and integrating technology meaningfully into task design.
