STEAM in the Classroom with CARDBOARD AUTOMATA!
Updated: Oct 1, 2019
In this session you will be introduced to a brilliant STEAM activity making CARDBOARD AUTOMATA. Cardboard Automata are a easy and playful way to explore simple machine elements such as cams, levers, and linkages, while creating a mechanical sculpture. At the end of the session you will be able to easily have your students explore their creative and engineering capacities designing and building their own AUTOMATA. This project has a real "WOW" factor and is a great way to introduce Design Thinking and creation into your classroom.
